What information we collect

When you use the booking form on this site, we collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Details about your booking request (number of car seats, pickup preferences, and any notes you include)

We do not collect payment information through this website. Payment is handled separately at the time of service.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide only to:

  • Respond to your booking request
  • Schedule your pickup and drop-off
  • Contact you about your service

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cleaning reminders

If you ask us to, we will email you one reminder when your car seat is likely due for another clean, about 6 months after your last cleaning. Signing up is always your choice: the box starts unchecked, and we never add you without it. Every reminder includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect right away and for good. We send reminders only, no other marketing email.

How your information is stored

Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form service, which delivers your booking request to our email inbox. Reminder email addresses are stored in our private website storage so we know when to send the reminder and who has unsubscribed. Once received, your information is stored in our business email and booking records. We keep booking records only as long as needed for business and tax purposes.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. We do not run analytics that identify individual visitors.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Just contact us using the information below and we will take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
