Our services

Rocket City Car Seat Cleaner provides pickup, cleaning, and drop-off of child car seats in the Huntsville, Alabama area. Current pricing is listed on this site. We reserve the right to update pricing, and the price confirmed at the time of your booking is the price you pay.

Cleaning standards and manufacturer guidelines

We clean car seats according to each manufacturer's care guidelines. Some manufacturers restrict certain cleaning methods (for example, machine washing straps or using harsh chemicals), and we follow those restrictions. This means some stains or odors may not be fully removable, and we will tell you honestly what to expect.

Pre-existing damage

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, fading, or manufacturing defects discovered during cleaning. If we notice damage that affects the safety of the seat, we will let you know right away.

Reinstallation is your responsibility

After cleaning, car seats must be reinstalled in your vehicle according to the car seat manufacturer's manual and your vehicle owner's manual. We do not reinstall car seats. Your child's safety depends on correct installation, and that responsibility belongs to the parent or caregiver. If you are unsure about installation, we encourage you to visit a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician.

Acceptable use of this site

You agree not to misuse this website. That includes submitting false booking requests, attempting to disrupt the site, or using the site for anything unlawful.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Services provided "as is"

This website and our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, beyond what is stated here.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible by text or call at 256-239-3100. We will work with you to find a new time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Madison County, Alabama.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
